The aim of the conference  is to involve students and young lawyers in discussion of current international law problems and to acquaint them with the practice of the International Court of Justice of resolving territorial disputes.

The conference implies participants' speeches, their discussion, debates with participation of prominent experts in the sphere of international public law. Specialists from leading universities, representatives of regional department of Odesa National Strategic Analysis Institute, representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Odesa region and General Romanian Embassy in Odesa are invited to participate in the conference.<
