Виктор Павлович Прокопьев

10 июня 2008 г. безвременно ушел из жизни видный ученый Заслуженный работник высшей школы РФ, доктор юридических наук, профессор, академик РАЮН Виктор Павлович Прокопьев.
В. П. Прокопьев родился 11 декабря 1937 г. в Петергофе. Его юные годы прошли в Ленинграде, на Васильевском острове. Выпускник знаменитой школы-гимназии № 5 Карла Мая и юридического факультета ЛГУ им. А. А. Жданова, Виктор Павлович на всю жизнь сохранил в себе лучшие человеческие качества: неистощимый оптимизм, жизнелюбие, доброжелательность, порядочность и уважение к личности, подлинную интеллигентность. В нем никогда не было зависти, высокомерия и неискренности. Он был равнодушен к лести и непримирим к чванству. Он был бесконечно любящим мужем, отцом, дедом и бесконечно любимым — своими близкими, друзьями, многочисленными учениками.
