The Institutional System of Agricultural Law, Agricultural Cooperatives, The Relationship of Agricultural Law to Environmental Protection, The Dogmatic System of Agricultural Cooperative Law, Agricultural Cooperative Theory — Agricultural Cooperative Policy, Real Property and Land Use, European Concept of Agricultural Law, The Fundamental Questions of Agricultural Cooperatives, The Law Governing Real Estate and Real Estate Title Registration, Business Companies in Agriculture, Efforts Towards Legal Harmonization in the Field of Agricultural Law in the European Community, Unification and Harmonization, Political aspects of the Agricultural Structure of the Common Market. Besides full time faculty members a number of prestigious representative of the legal profession are teaching at the Faculty including high rank judges, attorneys, chief executives of governmental organs — having a decisive role in the creation, implementation and enforcement of law. Among others the Faculty of Law has the honour to have Chairman of the Constitutional Court Dr. Laszld Sdlyom, Chief Public Attorney Dr. Kalman Gyorgyi, Minister of Education and Culture Ferenc Madl among its affiliates as part-time teaching faculty members.
