Two lecturers of the department are members of the Arbitration Court of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. Research Topics: Law of Contract, Law of Companies, Industrial Property, Law of Divorce, General Theory of Law of Conflicts. Several lecturers of the department work as practising lawyers. Professors have a considerable part in preparing legislation as legal consultants.
